Speaking on behalf of the Sultanate, His Highness Sayyid Shihab bin Harib Al Said, First Secretary at Oman’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations, emphasized the urgent need for closer regional and international cooperation to address maritime threats and guarantee safe navigation.
