COMEX 2025: Where Oman’s Digital Future Comes to Life

Imagine stepping into a vibrant hall in Muscat where artificial intelligence, space technology, and smart cities converge under one roof. That buzzing scene is the heart of COMEX 2025 — Oman’s biggest technology and innovation showcase yet. From September 8–11, 2025, the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre will transform into a hub of future-driven ideas, bringing together global innovators, government leaders, startups, and tech enthusiasts.

COMEX is Oman’s flagship global technology exhibition, now in its 34th edition. Organized by the Arab House for Data Analysis and supported by the Ministry of Transport, Communications & Information Technology, this year’s event will be held under the patronage of HH Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik Al Said. It reflects the ambitions of Oman Vision 2040, highlighting the nation’s drive to become a regional hub for digital transformation.

Highlights of COMEX 2025

Visitors can expect an impressive lineup of pavilions dedicated to e-government, enterprise, fintech, startups, gaming, and international delegations. The spotlight will be on breakthrough technologies such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, health-tech, agritech, drones, and digital sustainability.

More than an exhibition, COMEX 2025 will host specialized forums on AI, quantum computing, e-commerce, cybersecurity, and smart infrastructure. Workshops and live demonstrations will give participants hands-on exposure to the latest digital tools and solutions. Other highlights include the COMEX Awards, an innovation hackathon, e-gaming tournaments, and investor lounges designed to connect startups with global partners.

The Startup Zone

This year’s Startup Zone is one of the most exciting features, with more than 140 emerging companies — including 30 selected by the Ministry — showcasing their ideas. Global players like Google Cloud and Infosys will also take part, underlining Oman’s growing importance in the global tech scene.
