The Sultanate of Oman to Showcase Tech Innovations at International Conference ‘Leap’ in Riyadh
The sultanate of Oman, through its Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology, is set to take part in the upcoming third edition of the international technical conference “Leap” in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The event, which will feature a wide array of international companies, experts, and specialized investors, is scheduled to span several days.

Dr. Ali bin Amer Al-Shidhani, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology for Communications and Information Technology, highlighted that Oman’s participation in the “Leap” conference and its accompanying exhibition is aimed at showcasing emerging Omani technology companies, technical services, and digital products. The goal is also to explore new markets for these services and attract digital investments to Oman by familiarizing participants with the various strengths and investment opportunities available in the technology sector.

Speaking to the Omani News Agency, Dr. Al-Shidhani mentioned that Oman will have a pavilion at the exhibition alongside the conference. The Sultanate’s pavilion will host 15 government entities and institutions, along with approximately 62 Omani technology startups specializing in the communications and information technology field.
