Oman and Russia Issue Joint Stamp to Mark 40 Years of Diplomatic Relations

Oman Post, in collaboration with Russian Post, has launched a commemorative stamp celebrating 40 years of diplomatic ties between the Sultanate of Oman and the Russian Federation. The release coincides with the official visit of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to Moscow.

The stamp features historical navigators Ahmad bin Majid from Oman and Afanasy Nikitin from Russia, symbolizing the rich cultural exchange and long-standing friendship between the two nations.

This initiative reflects the mutual commitment of both countries to strengthen cooperation in postal services and cultural relations.
