Today is the opening ceremony of Muscat Nights festival under the patronage of His Excellency Sayyid Saud bin Hilal bin Hamad Al Busaidi Governor of Muscat. The festival will be held in Naseem Park, Qurum Natural Garden, Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre.
