Have you had the Omani pancake ? its called Qurus. It is also one of the most famous breakfast dishes. It is slightly different than the actual pancake, it is lighter and has no sugar, and most importantly we have it with our natural local maple syrup which is honey.
Its really easy to make, try it at home.
